Hey there, Music City Moms! It sure has been a very busy winter thus far. Soon we will be talking Spring Fun, but first here are just some ideas for February family fun in the Nashville area!
Mother & Son or Daddy & Daughter Dance
This weekend, you can purchase tickets to enjoy the two dances hosted by the Goodlettsville Recreation Center. The Mother & Son Night of Fun will be held on Friday on February 3, 2023 from 6:00 to 8:00pm. Or choose the Daddy & Daughter Dance on Saturday, February 4, starting at either 3:30 or 6:30pm. Tickets cost $15 and you can enjoy a night out with music, dancing, food, snacks, and memories to last you both a lifetime. You will need to register online in advance.
Mystic Mermaids
This Saturday, February 4, 2023, the Aquarium Restaurant at Opry Mills Mall will be hosting a special with a loaded breakfast bar and as you eat your little ones can enjoy Mystic Mermaids! They will be swimming around with their sea creature friends waving hello to each of you! Prior or after breakfast you can get your picture taken with the Mermaids. This would make for a very special moment with your children.

Zoolumination
Zoolumination at the Nashville Zoo has only one more weekend to shine. It will be open Thursday-Sunday until Feb. 4, 5:00-9:00 pm. Zoolumination is the country’s largest Chinese lantern festival featuring colorful scenes of more than 1,000 custom-made silk lanterns.
Puss in Boots
Regal Opry Mills movie theater has a new children’s movie available named Puss in Boots: The Last Wish. This was personally one of my favorites that I have taken my children to go see. It was full of humor, action, and everything a child would hope to see from a good movie. I highly recommend this one for my mom friends. The rating is PG and without giving spoilers it had to be such a wonderful story with one amazing plot and ending.
Also, Mom Friends, if you sign up for Regal Rewards you can use your app and the app card number to get $6 ticket Tuesdays! Yes, you heard that right, if you are a regular subscriber, you can use this on Tuesdays to receive $6 tickets for everyone no matter adult or child price. This is a set price and to make it even more of a Mom Deal when you show your card again to Concessions you get 50% off a popcorn of any size. Putting this in perspective, if you want a large you will pay $5 and tax on this deal so definitely put this movie date deal with the kiddos on your to-do list! This is good for ANY REGAL location.
