What personal data we collect and why we collect it
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

If you sign up for our consignment sale listing, we share your data with Membership Works (Terms of Service: https://membershipworks.com/tos/) and Stripe (Privacy and Terms: https://stripe.com/us/privacy), both third-party vendors whose applications we use for that functionality.
If you sign up for our mailing list, we share your data with MailChimp (Privacy and Terms: https://mailchimp.com/legal/), the third-party application we use for our email newsletters.
Occasionally, we will run a giveaway where the promoter asks for the contact information of the entrants. We state very clearly on that page that we will share your information. This is the only circumstance that we share your information for marketing purposes.
How long we retain your data
We store the personal information that you provide for our consignment sale listing for 90 days after the account is no longer active. We keep contact form submissions for up to one year for customer service purposes. We keep analytics records for up to 26 months. We keep giveaway information in Rafflecopter for up to three years for historical purposes. We keep customer purchase records for seven years.
This site utilizes caching in order to facilitate a faster response time and better user experience. Caching potentially stores a duplicate copy of every web page that is on display on this site. All cache files are temporary, and are never accessed by any third party, except as necessary to obtain technical support from the cache plugin vendor. Cache files expire on a schedule set by the site administrator, but may easily be purged by the admin before their natural expiration, if necessary.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
