This is definitely a family favorite every Easter and I’m certain it will be a favorite of yours as well. I read about Peep Jousting somewhere years ago (I’m sorry I can’t give credit where it’s due) and had to try it with my kiddo. Now every time we see Peeps marshmallow chicks in the store, we have to get some.
What You Will Need For Peep Jousting
- Peeps marshmallow chicks, in different colors
- wooden toothpicks
- a plate
- a microwave
How To Hold Your Own Peep Jousting Tournament
Stick the toothpicks into the Peeps like jousting rods and set them on the plate facing each other. Use different color chicks so you can tell who wins.
Microwave them. Watch them carefully so they don’t burn. ** Kids, get your parents to help with this.
As they puff up from the heat, they will “joust”.
The first Peep to touch the other with its toothpick wins! (Pink wins!)
